Inspiring Leadership Appoints First Charity Partner
Reflecting its increasing focus on ESG, the Inspiring Leadership Conference has appointed its first charity partner, education charity Titan.
Operating in Birmingham, the home of the twelfth Inspiring Leadership Conference, the charity works with schools to enrich education and raise the aspirations of young people in some of Birmingham’s most deprived areas.
This year’s Inspiring Leadership Conference will support the charity by hosting a raffle at the conference Gala Dinner to raise funds for the charity and its Aston Olympians event which sees 480 year five students from 16 schools compete in a day of sport to develop skills, try new sports and earn medals.
Georgie Butler, Director of Inspiring Leadership, comments:
“We’re delighted to confirm the appointment of The Titan Partnership as our charity partner. Their appointment underlines our commitment to making a positive impact on schools and their pupils via the Inspiring Leadership Conference and is one of a series of new ESG initiatives which we are incorporating into this year’s conference.”
Attended by around 1000 senior leaders from schools across the UK, the Inspiring Leadership Conference team is also partnering with local Birmingham-based suppliers Lion Exhibitions and PSP AV who have achieved the ESSA Sustainability Certification, and is reducing the use of single-use plastics by using recycled lanyards, providing more water stations throughout the event and providing delegates with reusable tote bags.

The team is also encouraging sponsors and exhibitors to reduce wasteful giveaways and design their exhibition stands in a way that considers how they can support the circular economy. Their chosen venue – The ICC Birmingham is a known for its prolific sustainability measures across areas such as energy, catering and production including their own Wildlife spaces on the roof and around the premises.
To be held at the ICC in Birmingham next June (4 and 5 June 2026), the 2026 Inspiring Leadership Conference will be CPD accredited for the first time and will include keynotes from high profile speakers from the fields of education, business, TV, sport and politics; workshops and roundtable discussions, the Schools Week ‘Meet the Leader Theatre’; a conference exhibition, and the Inspiring Leadership Gala Dinner and drinks reception.
Super early bird discounts are available as normal for any tickets purchased before midnight on 30 December 2025. Discounts are also available on tickets for delegates from schools which have less than 100 pupils and for group booking packages which include the use of on-site meeting rooms with complimentary refreshments should schools wish to hold Board meetings or team meetings on site.
