Our organisations work collaboratively with each other and with schools to make school communities more peaceful. We do this by equipping staff and children with the skills and resources to build and repair relationships. This might include developing work in cirlces, establishing a peer mediation scheme or supporting staff to better understand how to resolve conflict well.
