Amjad Ali is a leading voice in inclusive leadership and CPD, known for his humor, warmth, and practical strategies. With 19+ years of experience in diverse schools, including seven years as a founding leader, he now serves as CPD and Inclusion Lead for the Chiltern Learning Trust.
His career journey—from Play Worker and TA in Young Offender institutions to AST and SENDCO—informs his focus on equity and high expectations. Amjad has supported over 650 schools and thousands of educators globally, delivering high-impact keynotes and workshops. A specialist in evidence-informed training, he challenges leaders to "try, refine and ditch" practices.
