Astrid is an Executive Coach and former Global Head of Consultancy at Education Development Trust. For 20 years she worked across the world supporting education systems and senior leaders. Today she coaches CEOs, national leaders, trust leaders and headteachers, and previously served as lead coach on the NPQEL. She runs Inside Out Leadership, now in its 14th cohort with 341 alumni. Her style is calm, clear, curious, courageous and compassionate, helping leaders see themselves more clearly and lead with grounded presence. She’s an educator at heart, a lifelong learner, yogi, mindfulness practitioner, and mum of two (plus a dog).
