With over 20 years in education, Craig has demonstrated exceptional leadership at every level. As CEO of SLT AI for over two years, he has supported more than 12,000 school leaders with AI tools built specifically for senior leadership teams.

His track record includes serving as Deputy Head, contributing to a school's journey to "Outstanding" and National Teaching School status. As Governor, and now Chair of Governors, he supported another school's transformation to "Outstanding" in 2023.

Craig has championed school improvement through delivering CPD, conducting peer reviews, collaborating with the DfE on curriculum materials, and participating in STA expert groups.
