Harriet is a performance expert, fascinated by how we can both perform AND thrive. She's co-author of the bestselling book: ‘Will It Make The Boat Go Faster?'. She's just finished an MSc in the Neuroscience and Psychology of Mental Health and she's also a stand up comic, who has appeared on BBC Radio 4 and TEDx.
