Jagdeep Pabla is the Founder of the National Education Diversity Awards (NEDA), a national platform recognising inclusive teaching workforces and sustainable school cultures. A teacher and former Head of Science and senior leader, she is a career changer who entered the profession after working globally in the medical communications industry. 

NEDA aims to shine the light, share the story and shift the system! NEDA recognises and champions the individuals, leaders, schools and trusts creating environments where education workforces can thrive, because thriving teachers and leaders shape the futures of our young people.
